How do I access my account?

To access your account visit, naturalacneclinic.com/my-account and log in with your username and password.

My subscription order has already shipped. Can I still cancel?

If your subscription order has already been paid you cannot cancel that order, but you can cancel future orders.

How does my subscription work?

Each product in our online store will allow you to choose the quantity and the frequency you would like to receive them.  For example you can choose to receive Product A once a month, and Product B every 3rd month.

Can I edit my subscription?

Absolutely, to edit your subscription you would log into your account, click on subscriptions and edit the subscription to the frequency you would like.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a subscription, log into your account, click on subscriptions and select cancel next to the subscription you would like to cancel.

How can I add another subscription item to my account?

You would simply choose the product you want to create a new subscription for and proceed with ordering it as a subscription item.

How can I add one time item to an existing subscription?

You would order that item as a one-time option and not choose a subscription option.

How do I swap/switch products?

You cannot switch or swap a product in an active subscription.  You will need to cancel that existing subscription and then add another.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

If you have paused or cancelled your subscription you will be able to re-activate it from within the subscriptions section of My Account.

How do I skip my order?

You are unable to skip a shipment in a subscription.  If you wanted to have a shipment not come for one of the auto ship dates, you’d have to cancel the subscription, then re-subscribe at the future date.

Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment?

Yes, you will receive an automated email 24 hours prior to being charged for your next shipment.

How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?

Your shipping and billing information will come from your Account Information. You can access it by logging into My Account

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the date in which the subscription frequency falls.  For example if you add 2 product subscriptions (one monthly and one quarterly, you will receive a single product charge each month and ever 4th month it will include 2 products.

Can I use a discount code on a subscription order?

It depends on the details of the discount code. As subscribing already gives a discount for loyalty, there may be discount promotions from time to time that only apply to full price items.
