Serves 10 (serving size is ½ cup)
1 cup unsweetened cacao nibs
1 cup raw pepitas
1 cup raw almonds, slivered
½ cup raw walnuts, chopped
½ cup hemp seeds
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup unsweetened dried cranberries
¼ cup pure maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spread ingredients onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container. Can serve with milk of choice or use as a topping for yogurt.
