IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to add product to your order you will have to place a new order. If you need to change your shipping address on your order please submit a “Need Help?” ticket located at the bottom of this page, use the category “Shipping Issues” and provide your first & last name, your order number and your full updated address and we will try to accommodate your request as soon as possible to get your package sent to the correct address. Once an order is in the hands of USPS or UPS we are unable to intercept it.
Sealed, unopened Face Reality, Vitamedica and Clove Hill products may be shipped back (at the expense of the customer) in exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase. A $5 restocking fee will be applied to all items returned to us. I’m sorry, we do not offer refunds at this time. If your shipment contains damaged products or missing item(s), you must report this within 10 days of receiving the shipment by contacting email@example.com with a photograph of the damaged product/s and accompanying packing slip. (If notified beyond 10 days, no replacements will be given)
Please note that orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. International orders are shipping UPS or USPS, based off of your selection upon checkout. Please note, we only ship to countries that allow skincare and supplements through customs. Natural Acne Clinic is not responsible for any customs fees.
Very rarely do we have an item go on back order, however, if this were to happen we will notify you upon receipt of your order to let you know when it is expected to arrive.
