Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Updates & FAQ: Natural Skincare and Acne Clinic

Natural Acne Clinic’s shipping goods and products to residence is considered an Essential Business and we will continue to ship goods as normal. Please note, we are no longer offering curbside pick-up due to the Stay at Home order just issued for the entire state of Colorado.

For the health and safety of our community near and far, all non-essential personal services in the State of Colorado have been ordered to stop effective today Friday, March 20th through April 30th, 2020.
For our Clinic Clients
If You are In the 3-Month Acne Program and Have Scheduled Appointments
If your next booked appointment is on a Monday thru Friday and between the hours of 9:30am and 5pm, your appointment will automatically be changed to a virtual checkin. (see details below)
If your next appointment is outside these hours, we will contact you to move your appointment.
You have the option to do a 15 minute call with your Acne Specialist for $20, or a 30 minute call for $35 if you feel your skin is worse or are having difficulty and needing extra support on the program. Or just want to chat and connect a bit longer:)
These check-in calls will be via Zoom Online Video Conferencing. Once you have scheduled your appointment, the private link to your call will be sent to you via your appointment confirmation email.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note, you will need to download the Zoom app on your phone (if not using a computer) prior to the call. This process can take up to 10 minutes so please do so before your call and plan ahead:)
During your call your Acne Specialist will discuss your current progress and give you new regimen instructions to follow. At that call they will also place orders for any new products or product refills needed. Products can be shipped to you for $3 for 3 items and $5 for 4+ items.

If you are NOT in the Acne Program and Have a Scheduled Appointment
If you are scheduled for an appointment between now and April 30th, we will automatically reschedule your appointment for the same day of the week and time, starting on May 1. You will receive an email once this is done. If you cannot make this appointment, the email will contain a link for you to reschedule online. Please note, due to the large volume of clients affected, this will take us through early next week to complete.
As you may know, Natural Skincare & Acne Clinic has cleared thousands of people using our Online Acne Program (before it was cool), using online consults and treatment plans for 8 years. We are grateful that our investment in software and video conference technology now enables us to achieve the same success rate online as with our in-person acne program.
The best part is our 95% success rate withholds for our online clients too!
During this time, we will continue to offer virtual consults and treatment plans for acne, anti-aging and “problem” skin. These consults are conducted via Zoom video conferencing and we will continue to ship skincare herbs and supplements during this time.

- Bi-weekly checkins for Acne Program clients

Packages and Prepaid Services
Upon our reopening May 1, 2020 you will be able to redeem your pre-paid services. We encourage you to book now online! I’m sorry, we are not able to offer refunds.
Clear for the Year Membership
Your Clear For the Year membership will not be affected in anyway. You will continue to accrue peels and can use your discount for in-store purchases. Your peels will be able to be used again May 1, 2020. Any cancelled memberships will lose any accrued peels and will need to be cancelled online via your account.
